What is the reason you choose to train at SWEAT IT over and above any other London studio?
It's the workout which pushes me the hardest and, as a result, I've seen the best results in the shortest amount of time. Also - I'm a sucker for a good shower product.

What are your key motivators that make you book into a class or get to a gym session?
Avoiding the 33 year old Dad bod and knowing that my fitness is genuinely good rather than cosmetically good.
How long have you been actively training for or are you new to fitness?
On and off (with varying degrees of seriousness) for years but I took a 3 year break after my daughter was born 3 years ago.
Are you training with any specific goals or upcoming events in mind?
I'd like my body at 21 years old back, please.
What would you most like to see transform in yourself?
Finding a way to switch off a bit more.
Ability to be consistent with my training and maintain it.

Being in a constant state of fit to the extent that you could jump into a challenge without having to train specifically for it.
