What is the reason you choose to train at SWEAT IT?
Well, because its awesome? Need I say more?
What are your key motivators that make you book into a class or get to a gym session?
Wanting to shred off unwanted body fat!
How long have you been actively training for?
Weight gym training for the past 3 years, but Sweat It training only very recent.
Are you training with any specific goals or upcoming events in mind?
Making my summer 2019 body now. Summer Greek bodies are made in 2018 for 2019 😉
What would you most like to see transform in yourself?
Internally: Stamina when it comes to cardio.
Externally: Going from a 4 pack to a 6 pack.
What is one thing in the gym that is WAY out of your comfort zone and challenges you?
Seeing someone run/lift/do more than I can.
What does the word ‘fitness’ mean to you?
Maintaining a highly active lifestyle with various forms on exercise on a daily basis.
