I pretend to be other people in shows, out with friends and/or family.
What is the reason you choose to train at SWEAT IT?
Get in and get it done! NO BULLS**T!
What are your key motivators that make you book into a class or get to a gym session?
Competition... if i know someone has done more classes than me then I have to go and do more or sometimes I just need to clear my head and I know doing a class helps me with that.
How long have you been actively training for?
About 8 years
Are you training with any specific goals or upcoming events in mind?
Not at the moment but Im sure I will soon; goals are key! I have previously trained for tough Mudder, Kilimanjaro and a 10k (when I could run for long).
What would you most like to see transform in yourself?
Internally: Since training I have seen how I have improved mentally in pushing myself till the end and not giving up when I think I cant do anymore when actually I can. I would like that not go and improve.
Externally: ? I’d like to get a little leaner and more defined.....maybe that can be my next challenge.
What is one thing in the gym that is WAY out of your comfort zone and challenges you?
Long distance runs on a high speed!
What does the word ‘fitness’ mean to you?
Keeping healthy mentally and physically!
